Women Only Classes

This ninety (90) minute class is just for women and holds over three weeks. During the classes, we will cover: 

Week One

Living healthy in pregnancy 

Exercising in pregnancy

Your birth thoughts 

Preparing for hospital stay 

Week Two

Prepare for labour and delivery. 

Signs of labour 

Induction of labour, spontaneous labour and  elective Cesarean Sections. 

What happens in labour 

Breathing techniques 

Pain relief options 

Birthing positions 

Vaginal birth, tears and episiotomy. 

Week Three 

Adjusting to life with a newborn baby 

Breastfeeding and infant feeding 

Caring for your newborn baby 

Your postnatal recovery  

Maximum 10 women per class
